Training will guide cooperative leaders to understand the cooperative, their roles and responsibilities and will support them to adopt sound governance practices that act as a critical component of a successful health cooperative.
Board Governance Support Supervision
Capacity of cooperative board members is built to perform their duties and responsibilities including compliance to the laws and regulations that govern cooperatives. Boards are able to use a governance checklist to track progress and improve their performance in terms of membership and benefits which in turn enables them adequately build a more sustainable and transparent cooperative.
