Support Supervision Services 

This is a service that is offered by UHPC to healthcare providers who have been trained in cooperative health insurance management. Support Supervision is conducted to ensure that the health care provider is fully prepared before offering cooperative health insurance to members so that the health care provider can make surpluses. The focus during the SS is on ensuring that tools are correctly developed, the orientation of staff on the program is done perfectly, branding and marketing at the health facility are visible enough so that clients visiting the health facility can see and learn about the benefits and how to join cooperative health insurance and also that the monthly tracking and reporting of Data is accurate and only members who prepay premiums are billed under cooperative health insurance. Cooperative health insurance is a business to the health care provider and SS ensures that the provider can make surpluses on the cooperative health insurance model.
